• We except exchanges ONLY. You need to message us (feel free to message my personal FB account) within 3 days of receiving your items that you'd like to exchange, you have 14 days FROM PURCHASE to get the item back to us.
• Once we receive your item back we will ship the new item. If you are unsure what you'd like you have 30 days to use your exchange credit.
• Items MUST still have tags attached & be odor free, this is including smoke smell.
• Customer is responsible for shipping cost to send back.
• FINAL sale items: sale/discounted items, pre-claims & intimates (bralettes etc)
